What we collect, how we use it, and the limits we put on ourselves. Plain English, no tracking games.

Who We Are

Tethron is a service of TETHRON LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company. Contact: caden@tethron.ai.

What We Collect

We collect only what's needed to build and operate your AI employee:

• Account & payment: name, email, phone, billing details (processed by Stripe — we don't store card numbers)
• Business data you provide during intake: business name, goals, pain points, contacts, voice samples
• Access credentials you authorize: OAuth tokens and API keys for tools you connect (Gmail, LinkedIn, CRM, etc.)
• Usage logs: internal logs of how your AI employee operates, for monitoring and troubleshooting
• Analytics: aggregate, non-identifying site analytics — no cross-site tracking

How We Use It

Only for operating and improving your service:

• To build, deploy, and maintain your AI employee
• To authenticate actions inside tools you've connected
• To communicate with you about your service, updates, and support
• To monitor for errors, abuse, or platform-rule violations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train external AI models. We do not share your business data with other clients.

Third-Party Services

To operate your AI employee we use a small number of trusted services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Anthropic (Claude): the AI model powering your employee. Inputs/outputs are processed per Anthropic's terms and are not used to train their models.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Supabase: encrypted database for intake records and operational data.
• Vercel: hosting and serverless infrastructure.
• Platform APIs you connect (Gmail, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, HeyReach, Apollo.io, etc.): subject to each platform's terms.

Data Control & Your Rights

You own your data. At any time you can:

• Revoke any OAuth or API access you granted — from the provider directly or by emailing us
• Request a full export of your intake and operational data
• Request deletion of your data (we'll comply unless we're legally required to retain it, e.g. for tax records)
• Cancel service per our Terms of Service

Security

Credentials and tokens are stored encrypted. Access to your data is limited to the systems operating your AI employee and the Tethron team members maintaining it. If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies (session, preferences). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics, where used, are aggregate and non-identifying.

Children

Tethron is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make a material change, we'll notify active clients by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
