The agreement between you and Tethron when you purchase an AI employee build. Short, direct, and written in plain English — no fine print games.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services provided by Tethron ("Tethron," "we," or "us"). By paying a setup fee, completing intake, or using any Tethron service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

Tethron builds and deploys custom AI employees for businesses. An AI employee is a configured system that runs automations across platforms you authorize — lead response, CRM management, social media posting, appointment scheduling, reporting, and other business functions agreed to in your intake.
Our service includes:
A one-time setup fee is due before build begins. The exact amount depends on the tier you select and is disclosed at checkout.
A recurring monthly fee is billed automatically starting the day your AI employee is delivered. The amount is disclosed at checkout and continues until you cancel.
Some AI employee configurations require third-party tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Apollo.io, and similar). These are billed directly to you by those providers and are separate from Tethron's fees. We will tell you which tools are needed during intake.
We build to spec on custom work. Because of that, refunds are limited and we want to be explicit about what's refundable and what isn't.
You may request a full refund of your setup fee within 24 hours of payment, provided that build work has not yet begun. Email caden@tethron.ai within 24 hours with your refund request and we will process it immediately.
After 24 hours, the setup fee is non-refundable. This is because custom build work begins within that window — research, configuration, integration setup, and prompt development — and that labor cannot be recovered.
You can cancel monthly service at any time with 30 days' written notice by emailing caden@tethron.ai.
Your AI employee will continue running for the 30-day notice period, and we will assist with any data or configuration handoff. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable or prorated — if you cancel mid-cycle, service continues through the end of the paid period.
If you're not seeing results or something isn't working, email us before requesting a refund. We'd rather fix what's broken or adjust your AI employee's configuration than have you walk away. We take this seriously — most issues are solvable in a single optimization pass.
To build your AI employee, we need:
Delays or incomplete information on your side may extend build time beyond our stated delivery window.
Your AI employee operates on platforms owned by third parties (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.). We configure automations to respect each platform's terms of service and rate limits. If a platform changes its rules or suspends accounts, we will adapt quickly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on platforms we don't control.
We only collect the data required to build and operate your AI employee. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose beyond operating the service. Credentials are stored securely and are revocable by you at any time.
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AI systems are probabilistic and depend on third-party platforms, models, and APIs we don't control — no provider can guarantee specific outcomes, uninterrupted operation, or error-free behavior in every scenario.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETHRON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TITLE, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. TETHRON DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI EMPLOYEE WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOME, GENERATE LEADS OR REVENUE, PERFORM WITHOUT ERROR, OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY, OR BEHAVE IDENTICALLY IN EVERY SCENARIO. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.This section caps Tethron's financial exposure for any claim arising from the service. Please read carefully — this materially affects your legal rights.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TETHRON'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SERVICE — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE ACTUALLY PAID TO TETHRON IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL TETHRON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS — EVEN IF TETHRON HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you: fail to pay, breach these Terms materially, or use the service for unlawful purposes. On termination, we will provide a reasonable handoff of your data and configuration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Connecticut.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance.
